First Room Painted

Faruk and Murad have finished painting one bedroom, including texture painting the ceiling, trim, six-over-six windows, and doors. Here’s a photo of the guys showing off their work. Pretty good for beginners, I thought. These two brothers just immigrated from Usbeckistan with their family. They're doing a great job.

Also, we got good news from Tom Thomas, our heat and air guy. He checked the fuses, looked at the thermostat, looked the Trane air unit over, as well as the heat unit. He pulled out a nasty filter and declared the patient cured. “We’ll come back to thoroughly clean the coils and she’ll be purring like a kitten.”
